You may ask to be removed from a roster at any time. Removing yourself from a roster ends your place in that cohort but does not affect your ability to ask about a future program.

A healing circle depends on mutual trust. When you join a circle, you agree to keep what other members share confidential, to listen without interrupting, to avoid giving unsolicited advice, and to treat every member with respect.

You are never required to disclose anything you do not wish to share. A facilitator may invite you to speak, but the choice to speak always remains yours.

We may ask a member to leave a circle if that member repeatedly breaks the group agreements or places others at risk. We make that decision carefully, we explain it to the person, and we offer an alternative form of support where one is available.

7. Workshops And Community Events

Workshops are open sessions that teach practical skills. Registration may be required when space is limited. We ask participants to arrive on time and to treat the host site, its staff and its neighbors with care.

Workshop materials are provided for personal use. You may not reproduce and sell our materials, and you may not present our curriculum as your own without a written partnership agreement with us.

If a workshop is canceled, we will notify registered participants and, where possible, offer a place at a later session.

8. Care Navigation Expectations

Care navigation is a practical support service. A navigator helps you find and reach services, understand paperwork and coordinate between organizations. A navigator does not act as a lawyer, a clinician or a financial adviser, and does not make decisions for you.

You agree to give accurate information to the extent you are comfortable, because the quality of navigation depends on the accuracy of what you share. You remain in control of every application, appointment and decision.

A navigator may close a case when the agreed steps are complete, when you ask to stop, or when a needed service is outside our reach. We will tell you why a case is closing and how to reopen it if needed.

9. Practitioner Referrals

Our practitioner referral network introduces members to independent practitioners. Those practitioners are not our employees. They set their own fees, schedules and clinical judgment, and they are responsible for the care they provide.

We vet network practitioners in good faith and review their standing, but we cannot guarantee a particular outcome or a particular experience. If a referral does not work out, tell us, and we will help you find another option.

Any clinical relationship that results from a referral is between you and that practitioner, and it is governed by that practitioner own terms and professional obligations.

10. Grief And Restoration Support

Grief support is offered with great care and with realistic expectations. We hold space, we listen and we help with practical tasks, but we do not promise that grief will resolve on a schedule or in a particular way.

Volunteers who assist with meals, transport and paperwork act within clear boundaries. They do not provide medical or legal advice, and they do not take on responsibilities beyond the scope of the program.

If a member is in crisis, we connect them to emergency and crisis resources. Our grief program is a companion on the road, not a substitute for urgent care.

11. Program Operations Partnerships

Our operations support helps partner organizations build their own healing programs. A partnership is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, responsibilities, fees where applicable and the use of shared materials.

Where these terms conflict with a signed partnership agreement, the signed agreement controls for that partnership. These terms continue to govern general website use.

We ask partners to uphold the same confidentiality and safety standards that we apply in our own programs, and we may end a partnership if those standards are not met.

12. Community Conduct

We expect every person in our community to treat others with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation and disruptive behavior are not permitted in any program, on any call or in any message to our team.

We do not tolerate conduct that targets a person because of race, ethnicity, Indigenous identity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, immigration status or any other protected characteristic.

If you experience or witness conduct that violates these expectations, tell a facilitator or contact us directly. We take every report seriously and we protect the privacy of the person who reports.

13. No Clinical Or Emergency Service

BIPOC HEALING CO., THE does not provide emergency services, medical diagnosis or clinical treatment. Our programs offer community support, navigation and connection to qualified practitioners.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away. Do not rely on our website, our email or our phone line for an urgent situation.

Our phone line and email are monitored during business hours. A message sent outside those hours may not be read until the next business day.

14. Fees And Donations

Most of our circles and workshops are offered at no cost to community members, supported by grants and donations. Where a program carries a fee, we disclose the amount before you commit.

Donations support our programs and are handled through a payment processor. A donation is voluntary and, unless the law provides otherwise, is not refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us and we will work to resolve it fairly.

We do not condition participation in a core program on a donation. No one is turned away from a healing circle because they cannot give.
