THE BIPOC HEALING CO. keeps a working still room of care at 898 S State St Ste 310, Orem, 84097-7045, United States, where every remedy is distilled with patience and every gathering is held like a slow, careful pour. We host community healing circles, walk beside families through care navigation, and connect neighbors to trusted practitioners across the Wasatch Front.
Our work is built for the people who have too often been handed a rushed answer. Here the kettle is never hurried, the fire is never too high, and nothing is served before it is ready.
The distillate rack
Each cup in our rack holds a different reserve. Together they form the full run of care that BIPOC HEALING CO., THE offers to its community, from the first circle gathering to the quiet logistics that keep a program standing.
Our flagship offering gathers small groups for facilitated, culturally grounded healing circles. Each circle is closed, confidential and led by trained peer facilitators who share lived experience.
Navigators help members and families find, understand and reach the services they need. We translate confusing systems into clear next steps and stay with a household until the path is steady.
We maintain a vetted network of therapists, traditional healers and community clinicians. Referrals are matched on language, faith, identity and schedule so a first appointment feels possible.
Open workshops teach rest, breath, food and boundary skills in plain language. Sessions rotate through partner halls so no neighborhood is left without a kitchen table to learn at.
When loss arrives, our circles hold space for the long middle of grief. We pair remembrance rituals with practical help for the paperwork and meals that no one has energy for.
Behind every circle is a ledger, a roster and a room. We help partner groups stand up their own healing programs with tools, facilitation training and steady operational coaching.
THE BIPOC HEALING CO. opens its quarterly circle calendar for returning members first, then to the wider community two weeks later.
Why the still room
An herbal still is a simple instrument with a demanding discipline. You fill the kettle, seal the neck, watch the coil and wait. Nothing good comes from a hot, fast fire, and nothing good comes from care that is hurried through a waiting room. We built BIPOC HEALING CO., THE around that discipline because our communities deserve remedies that are made slowly and held carefully.
The still room at 898 S State St Ste 310, Orem, 84097-7045, United States is both a working office and a working metaphor. Every program that leaves this building has been tested against a single question: does it lower the temperature for the person receiving it, or does it add heat.
Our healing circle programs are the upright kettle of the operation. They are the first thing we built and the thing we protect most fiercely, because a room of people who trust each other is the strongest medicine we know how to make.
Around that kettle sit the supports. Our care navigation services keep the drip steady when a family is facing a maze of appointments and forms. Our practitioner referral network is the coil that cools the steam, matching a person to the right clinician instead of the nearest one. And our community wellness workshops carry the simple skills back into kitchens and living rooms across the valley.
For the hardest seasons, our grief and restoration support holds what cannot be fixed and tends what can. And for the groups who want to pour their own remedy, our program operations support offers the bench, the tools and the coaching to begin.
That is the whole rack. Six cups, one intention, and an open door for anyone who needs a place at the table.
How a member moves through
Every circle is confidential. Nothing shared in a circle leaves the room, and no member is ever asked to tell a story they are not ready to tell.
The people and the place

Our facilitators, navigators and partner practitioners come from the same neighborhoods they serve.
Our still room office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the evening, with evening circles scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weekend workshops run twice a month at rotating partner sites.
We believe care should be legible. That means clear hours, a real phone number, a published privacy policy and terms, and no fine print that hides the cost of asking for help. Read our privacy policy and our terms of service to see exactly how we handle information and expectations.
If you are unsure whether our programs are right for you, call us anyway. The first conversation is free, unhurried and confidential. The kettle is always warm and there is always a chair.
